I purchased a laundry hamper on wheels. Seemed like a good idea until it arrived. One of the four rods will not go into the corner as directed. Can I get my question answered? Nope. Can I return the hamper? I have yet to find the instructions to use the corner stantion, or how to return this item. I have been referred to their website on facebook. I do not subscribe to facebook, so I am unable to use that site.

So, in effect, I have a hamper that is defective, unable to find a fix for the problem and also have not yet found out how to return this item. And be aware, you, the customer are responsible for return shipping to get a refund on their defective product.

I would steer clear of this company.
